Address of incredible bakery products
The land of Saurashtra has produced many entrepreneurs to the country, and they have made India famous across the world too. One of them is Atulbhai Vekaria, the King of Bakery Products. The incredible journey from an ordinary pan-masala shop to 50+ Atul Bakery outlets across Gujarat is incredible and noteworthy.
Like any ordinary man, Atulbhai also left his homeland Saurashtra in 1989 to earn bread and butter and reached the city of Surat at the tender age of about 13. His elder brother had a paan shop in an industrial area in Surat. The elder brother, seeing him not interested in the study, settled him in the paan-shop full-time. Generally, the attention of such a young boy is in sports or leisure activities, but Atulbhai was very quick in mastering the business. Later, he also opened a restaurant in Surat. Gradually, the food business became his hobby, so he decided to start a provision store in the Piplod area of Surat. In 2001, he opened the store under the name 'Atul Bakery' and started selling famous bakery items. Atulbhai has always believed in excellent quality and excellent service. Even though he was running a small bakery, he loved to deliver products to customers' homes. He decided to make the bakery items himself because the bakers in Surat failed to deliver the items on time. He turned his 'desire' into a 'burning desire,' which was how the empire of 'Atul Bakery' came into existence.
He sold out his house and bought space for a bakery. Probably he didn't even know the 'B' of the bakery at the time. He had only two things: One, an old oven, and the other, a strong will. Thus, on the auspicious day of 6th January 2007, he started 'Atul Bakery' with the motto of giving something unique to the customers. Over time, different products of Atul Bakery entered the market, and consumers also liked them.
In 2009, Atulbhai registered Atul Bakery as a member of the Bakery Association. He was not much educated but was always ready to learn and adopt the new technology coming into the market.
Despite having no understanding of computers, he brought computers to the company and started using software to exchange materials. He observed merchants hanging a signboard outside their shops saying, "We have no other branch." Probably, he didn't like the strategy. That's why he designed the franchise module himself in 2009 with a view to expanding his business. Atulbhai opened an outlet for experiments and was treated as if it were a franchise. 'Win-Win condition for both' was the foundation of that franchise module. After the success of this outlet, three more outlets were opened. Thus, a total of 4 outlets of the company were opened in just three years.
Seeing the growing craze for his bakery products, Atulbhai decided to start Atul Bakery outlets in every locality of Surat. For this purpose, 13,000 square feet of space was bought in GIDC, and a five-storied building was constructed there in 2012. Though it was an adventurous and risky decision, because of his determination, he succeeded in opening 35+ outlets of Atul Bakery from Bharuch to Silvassa in South Gujarat by 2016. Atul Bakery became the first bakery in Gujarat to do so.

That was also recorded in the Guinness Book of World Records. The only utterance for this is 'incredible adventure.'

To conclude, in the words of Atul Vekariya to every young entrepreneur, "Brother, this is the sea. Drink as much as you can, but the water should not feel salty." (That means the youth should not be exhausted in a relentlessly hard-working journey against the odds.
