Return and Refund Policy – BrandSaga

Due to the customized nature of packaging products, this policy defines eligibility for returns and refunds.
1. Nature of Products
- All products are custom-made based on client specifications.
- Therefore, standard return policies do not apply.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following are non-returnable:
- Custom printed packaging
- Bulk manufacturing orders
- Approved design-based products
3. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive damaged goods:
- Inform us within 48 hours of delivery
- Share clear photos/videos as proof
- Keep packaging intact for verification
4. Resolution Options
After verification, we may offer:
- Replacement of defective items
- Partial or full refund
- Credit note for future orders
5. Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days
- Refunds will be made via original payment method
6. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before:
- Final design approval
- Production initiation
No cancellation is allowed after production begins.
7. Exclusions
Refunds will NOT be provided for:
- Minor color differences
- Design errors approved by customer
- Delays caused by logistics
8. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes will be handled through mutual discussion. Final decision rests with BrandSaga management.
