Return and Refund Policy – BrandSaga

Effective Date: 01 April 2026

Due to the customized nature of packaging products, this policy defines eligibility for returns and refunds.


1. Nature of Products

  • All products are custom-made based on client specifications.
  • Therefore, standard return policies do not apply.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following are non-returnable:

  • Custom printed packaging
  • Bulk manufacturing orders
  • Approved design-based products

3. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive damaged goods:

  • Inform us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share clear photos/videos as proof
  • Keep packaging intact for verification

4. Resolution Options

After verification, we may offer:

  • Replacement of defective items
  • Partial or full refund
  • Credit note for future orders

5. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days
  • Refunds will be made via original payment method

6. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before:

  • Final design approval
  • Production initiation

No cancellation is allowed after production begins.


7. Exclusions

Refunds will NOT be provided for:

  • Minor color differences
  • Design errors approved by customer
  • Delays caused by logistics

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be handled through mutual discussion. Final decision rests with BrandSaga management.
