BrandSaga is a packaging design and manufacturing company established in 2014, providing custom packaging solutions and doorstep delivery services across India.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website or services, you:

  • Agree to these Terms and Conditions
  • Confirm that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts
  • Agree to provide accurate and complete information

3. Scope of Services

We provide:

  • Custom packaging box design
  • Manufacturing of packaging materials
  • Printing and finishing services
  • PAN India delivery

All services are subject to feasibility, availability, and technical approval.

4. Quotations and Pricing

  • All quotes are based on specifications provided by the customer.
  • Prices may vary based on material, quantity, size, printing, and finishing requirements.
  • Quotations are valid for a limited period (typically 7–15 days).
  • BrandSaga reserves the right to revise pricing due to changes in raw material costs or specifications.

5. Order Confirmation and Payment Terms

  • Orders are confirmed only after:
    • Final design approval
    • Payment confirmation (full or partial advance as agreed)
  • Payment modes may include bank transfer, UPI, or other approved methods.
  • For bulk or custom orders, advance payment is mandatory.

6. Design and Proof Approval

  • Customers are required to review and approve final artwork (digital proof) before production.
  • Once approved:
    • No changes can be made
    • BrandSaga is not responsible for errors such as spelling, layout, or color choices

7. Intellectual Property Rights

  • Customer-provided content (logos, designs, trademarks) remains the property of the customer.
  • The customer confirms that they have the legal rights to use submitted content.
  • BrandSaga is not liable for copyright or trademark infringement arising from customer-provided material.
  • Designs created by BrandSaga remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.

8. Production and Quality Standards

  • We follow industry-standard manufacturing processes.
  • Minor variations in color, print alignment, or material may occur due to printing limitations.
  • Such variations are not considered defects.

9. Delivery and Logistics

  • Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary based on:
    • Order size
    • Location
    • Logistics conditions
  • BrandSaga is not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.

10. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before:
    • Design approval OR
    • Production start
  • Cancellation after production begins will not be accepted.

11. Limitation of Liability

BrandSaga shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses
  • Loss of business, revenue, or profits
  • Delays caused by external factors

12. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, or transportation disruptions.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Maharashtra.

14. Changes to Terms

BrandSaga reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services implies acceptance of updated terms.
